Slopify Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Slopify mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is operated by Egor Sharokha (Empresa Unipersonal, Uruguay).
1) The Service
Slopify helps you create stations, generate music, and play tracks continuously while you refine your station preferences. Music generation is provided through third-party services we integrate into the Service. Slopify handles provider access on your behalf.
Slopify does not support uploading music. The Service generates audio through third-party providers based on your inputs (such as prompts, tags, and station/rotation settings).
2) Accounts and eligibility
- You may need an account to use some features of the Service.
- The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3) Credits
Certain features of the Service use credits (a digital item) to request music generation. Credits are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
- Credits may be granted as part of a subscription plan and/or purchased as one-time top-ups as shown in the app.
- Subscription credits: reset each billing period and do not accumulate if unused.
- Top-up credits: do not expire and are typically used after subscription credits are exhausted.
- Refunds for failures: if a generation request fails to produce valid tracks, we may refund some or all credits for that request (including partial refunds when only some results are delivered).
4) Subscriptions and purchases
Slopify may offer subscription plans and one-time credit top-ups. Purchases are processed by the App Store / Play Store.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Apple/Google may charge your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage/cancel: you can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store / Play Store account settings.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple/Google in accordance with their policies.
- Plan changes: upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades generally take effect at the next billing period. Credit grants and access may adjust accordingly.
- Subscriber storage on expiry: if your subscription ends, we keep subscriber-stored tracks accessible for 2 years (grace period) and then may delete stored audio/artwork unless you resubscribe or download them. You can download your library as a single archive from the app (maximum 4 GiB). We send service emails at expiry and 1 month before the grace period ends with the deletion timeline.
5) Your inputs and generated output
You are responsible for the prompts, tags, and other inputs you provide to the Service. Generated outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise undesirable. Use your judgment before sharing or relying on outputs.
- No responsibility for AI outputs: Slopify does not control third-party AI models and is not responsible for generated content.
- You are responsible for compliance: you are responsible for how you use the Service and any generated audio, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
- No guarantees about ownership or exclusivity: outputs may not be unique and may be similar to content created by others. Slopify does not guarantee that outputs are exclusive, original, or free of third-party rights.
- Verify rights before use: if you plan to publish, distribute, or use generated audio, you are responsible for determining whether you have the necessary rights and permissions.
- Third-party terms may control: rights and permitted uses of generated audio may be affected by applicable law and by the terms of the third-party services you use in connection with Slopify.
- License to operate the Service: you grant Slopify a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise use your inputs and generated outputs solely to provide and operate the Service (including generation, playback, storage, and exports/downloads).
You represent that you have the rights to use any text or other inputs you provide (for example, lyrics or prompts) and that your inputs and your use of generated outputs do not infringe others’ rights.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- attempting to bypass security or access other users’ data,
- attempting to bypass credits, billing, rate limits, or other usage controls,
- using automated means to scrape, mass-download, or otherwise abuse the Service,
- using the Service in violation of law or to infringe others’ rights.
7) Copyright complaints
If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@slopify.world with:
- a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed,
- a description of where the material appears in the Service (with enough detail for us to locate it),
- your name and contact information,
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law,
- a statement that the information you provide is accurate,
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict access to material and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or others’ rights.
8) Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including the App Store / Play Store and cloud infrastructure providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and Slopify is not responsible for third-party services.
9) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated content will meet your expectations.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slopify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party services.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law or to protect the Service.
Account deletion: you can request account deletion in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). We schedule deletion after a 30-day grace period. During the grace period, you can cancel the request by signing in again and choosing to continue when prompted.
12) Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date.
