Slopify Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Slopify mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated by Egor Sharokha (Empresa Unipersonal, Uruguay).

1) The Service

Slopify helps you create stations, generate music, and play tracks continuously while you refine your station preferences. Music generation is provided through third-party services we integrate into the Service. Slopify handles provider access on your behalf.

Pro subscribers may upload MP3, WAV or M4A audio to their own private station library. Each file may be up to 50 MB (50,000,000 bytes) and 10 minutes long. An account may store up to 10 GB (10,000,000,000 bytes) of processed imported audio and artwork. Temporary uploads and processing are also subject to technical and abuse-prevention limits.

2) Accounts and eligibility

You may need an account to use some features of the Service.
The Service is not intended for children under 13, or the age required by your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3) Credits

Certain features of the Service use credits, a digital item, to request music generation. Credits are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not transferable.

Credits may be granted as part of a subscription plan and/or purchased as one-time top-ups as shown in the app.
Subscription credits reset each billing period and do not accumulate if unused.
Top-up credits do not expire and are typically used after subscription credits are exhausted.
If a generation request fails to produce valid tracks, we may refund some or all credits for that request, including partial refunds when only some results are delivered.

4) Subscriptions and purchases

Slopify may offer subscription plans and one-time credit top-ups. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Play Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Apple or Google may charge your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.
Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades generally take effect at the next billing period. Credit grants and access may adjust accordingly.
If your subscription ends, we keep subscriber-stored tracks accessible for 2 years and then may delete stored audio or artwork unless you resubscribe or download them. You can download your library as a single archive from the app, up to 4 GiB. We send service emails at expiry and 1 month before the grace period ends with the deletion timeline.

5) Your inputs and generated output

This section concerns inputs submitted for music generation and generated outputs. Recordings and artwork you upload for private playback are governed by section 15.

You are responsible for the prompts, tags, and other inputs you provide to the Service. Generated outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise undesirable. Use your judgment before sharing or relying on outputs.

Slopify does not control third-party AI models and is not responsible for generated content.
You are responsible for how you use the Service and any generated audio, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Outputs may not be unique and may be similar to content created by others. Slopify does not guarantee that outputs are exclusive, original, or free of third-party rights.
If you plan to publish, distribute, or use generated audio, you are responsible for determining whether you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Rights and permitted uses of generated audio may be affected by applicable law and by the terms of the third-party services you use in connection with Slopify.
You grant Slopify a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise use your inputs and generated outputs solely to provide and operate the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to use any text or other inputs you provide, for example lyrics or prompts, and that your inputs and use of generated outputs do not infringe others’ rights.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

attempting to bypass security or access other users’ data,
attempting to bypass credits, billing, rate limits, or other usage controls,
using automated means to scrape, mass-download, or otherwise abuse the Service,
using the Service in violation of law or to infringe others’ rights.

7) Copyright complaints

If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@slopify.world with:

a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed,
a description of where the material appears in the Service with enough detail for us to locate it,
your name and contact information,
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law,
a statement that the information you provide is accurate,
your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or restrict access to material and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or others’ rights.

8) Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including the App Store, Play Store, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and Slopify is not responsible for third-party services.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated content will meet your expectations.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slopify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party services.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law or to protect the Service.

Account deletion: you can request account deletion in the app under Settings -> Account -> Delete account. We schedule deletion after a 30-day grace period. During the grace period, you can cancel the request by signing in again and choosing to continue when prompted.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date.

14) Free track storage

Music on the free storage tier is stored on our servers for 14 days after generation. After 14 days, it is deleted from our servers. This does not refund credits used to generate the music. Long-term storage is available with a paid subscription.

15) Music you upload

You keep any ownership rights you already have in uploaded recordings and artwork. Uploading them does not transfer ownership to Slopify. Before uploading, you must have the rights and permissions needed for the sound recording, composition, lyrics, performances and other included material, and permission to use any person’s voice or likeness. Buying a copy of a recording or access to a streaming service does not, by itself, establish permission to upload it here. You must be able to permit the uses described here without requiring Slopify to obtain additional permission or pay third parties. Do not upload material that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights, or misrepresents someone’s identity.

You grant Slopify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license only to host, store, copy, validate, convert formats, perform technical and safety checks, and transmit your uploads for private playback and the library features you request. Necessary service providers may perform these tasks for us. This permission does not authorize Slopify to sell your uploads, advertise with them or make them publicly available.

Uploaded audio and artwork are processed by our storage and media-processing service providers to deliver private library features and protect the Service. We do not use these uploads to train AI models or submit them to music-generation providers as generation inputs. Technical validation does not verify copyright ownership or guarantee that a recording is lawful.

New uploads and retries require Pro. Completed imports remain accessible when Pro ends; the 14-day free-generated-track and two-year subscriber-generated-track expiry rules do not apply to imported music. You can delete imported tracks or request account deletion. Removal from active storage is processed through our deletion system; temporary files and failed or abandoned imports are cleaned up. Limited records or backup copies may remain where needed for legal obligations, security or recovery. Keep your own originals: Slopify is not a backup service.

We may reject uploads or remove or restrict material that is unlawful, infringes rights, threatens security or violates these Terms. Repeated infringements may lead to account suspension or termination. Copyright complaints follow section 7. If you believe a rights-related removal or restriction was a mistake, email support@slopify.world with enough detail to identify the upload and explain the rights or permission you rely on. We may ask for supporting information. Uploading does not give you new rights to distribute the recording.
