Slopify सेवा शर्तें

ये सेवा शर्तें (“शर्तें”) Slopify मोबाइल ऐप और संबंधित सेवाओं (“सेवा”) के आपके उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं. सेवा का उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं.
सेवा Egor Sharokha (Empresa Unipersonal, Uruguay) द्वारा संचालित है.
1) सेवा
Slopify आपको stations बनाने, music generate करने और station preferences refine करते समय tracks continuously play करने में मदद करता है. Music generation third-party services के माध्यम से होती है जिन्हें हम Service में integrate करते हैं. Slopify आपकी ओर से provider access संभालता है.
Slopify music upload support नहीं करता. Service आपके prompts, tags और station या rotation settings जैसी inputs के आधार पर third-party providers के माध्यम से audio generate करती है.
2) खाते और पात्रता
- Service के कुछ features के लिए account चाहिए हो सकता है.
- Service 13 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों, या आपके jurisdiction में required age से कम लोगों के लिए नहीं है.
- आप अपने account के तहत होने वाली activity के लिए responsible हैं.
3) क्रेडिट
Service के कुछ features music generation request करने के लिए credits, एक digital item, का उपयोग करते हैं. Credits legal tender नहीं हैं, उनका cash value नहीं है और वे transferable नहीं हैं.
- Credits subscription plan के हिस्से के रूप में और/या app में दिखाए गए one-time top-ups के रूप में मिल सकते हैं.
- Subscription credits हर billing period में reset होते हैं और unused रहने पर accumulate नहीं होते.
- Top-up credits expire नहीं होते और आम तौर पर subscription credits खत्म होने के बाद use होते हैं.
- अगर generation request valid tracks produce नहीं करती, तो हम उस request के कुछ या सभी credits refund कर सकते हैं, partial delivery होने पर partial refunds भी.
4) सब्सक्रिप्शन और खरीदारी
Slopify subscription plans और one-time credit top-ups offer कर सकता है. Purchases App Store या Play Store process करते हैं.
- Subscriptions renewal date से कम से कम 24 hours पहले cancel न हों तो automatically renew होती हैं. Apple या Google current period खत्म होने से 24 hours के अंदर आपके account को charge कर सकते हैं.
- आप App Store या Play Store account settings से subscriptions manage और cancel कर सकते हैं.
- Refunds Apple या Google अपनी policies के अनुसार handle करते हैं.
- Upgrades तुरंत effective हो सकते हैं; downgrades आम तौर पर next billing period में effective होते हैं. Credits और access adjust हो सकते हैं.
- अगर subscription खत्म होती है, तो subscriber-stored tracks 2 years तक accessible रहते हैं; उसके बाद अगर आप resubscribe या download नहीं करते, तो audio या artwork delete हो सकता है. Library को single archive के रूप में 4 GiB तक download किया जा सकता है.
5) आपके inputs और generated output
Service को दिए गए prompts, tags और अन्य inputs के लिए आप responsible हैं. Generated outputs inaccurate, offensive या otherwise undesirable हो सकते हैं. उन्हें share करने या rely करने से पहले अपना judgment use करें.
- Slopify third-party AI models control नहीं करता और generated content के लिए responsible नहीं है.
- Service और generated audio के उपयोग, applicable laws और third-party rights compliance सहित, आपकी responsibility है.
- Outputs unique न हो सकते हैं और दूसरों के content से similar हो सकते हैं. Slopify exclusivity, originality या third-party rights से मुक्त होने की guarantee नहीं देता.
- अगर आप generated audio publish, distribute या use करना चाहते हैं, तो necessary rights और permissions determine करना आपकी responsibility है.
- Generated audio के rights और permitted uses applicable law और Slopify के साथ use की गई third-party services की terms से प्रभावित हो सकते हैं.
- आप Slopify को limited, non-exclusive license देते हैं कि वह आपकी inputs और generated outputs को केवल Service provide और operate करने के लिए host, store, reproduce, transmit, display और otherwise use कर सके.
आप represent करते हैं कि आपके पास दिए गए text या अन्य inputs, जैसे lyrics या prompts, use करने के rights हैं और आपकी inputs तथा generated outputs का use दूसरों के rights infringe नहीं करता.
6) स्वीकार्य उपयोग
आप Service का misuse नहीं करेंगे, जिसमें शामिल है:
- security bypass करने या दूसरे users के data access करने की कोशिश,
- credits, billing, rate limits या other usage controls bypass करने की कोशिश,
- automated means से scraping, mass-download या Service abuse करना,
- law violate करने या दूसरों के rights infringe करने के लिए Service use करना.
7) कॉपीराइट शिकायतें
अगर आपको लगता है कि Service पर उपलब्ध material आपके copyright का उल्लंघन करता है, तो support@slopify.world पर हमसे संपर्क करें और दें:
- copyrighted work का description जिसके infringed होने का claim है,
- Service में material कहां है इसका enough detail वाला description,
- आपका नाम और contact information,
- statement कि आपको good-faith belief है कि use copyright owner, agent या law द्वारा authorized नहीं है,
- statement कि आपकी दी गई information accurate है,
- आपका physical या electronic signature.
हम material remove या access restrict कर सकते हैं और उन accounts को suspend कर सकते हैं जो बार-बार इन Terms या दूसरों के rights violate करते हैं.
8) तृतीय-पक्ष सेवाएं
Service third parties पर निर्भर है, जिनमें App Store, Play Store और cloud infrastructure providers शामिल हैं. उन services का आपका उपयोग उनकी अपनी terms और policies के अधीन हो सकता है, और Slopify third-party services के लिए responsible नहीं है.
9) अस्वीकरण
Service “as is” और “as available” प्रदान की जाती है. हम uninterrupted operation या generated content आपकी expectations पूरा करेगा इसकी guarantee नहीं देते.
10) दायित्व की सीमा
कानून द्वारा permitted maximum extent तक, Slopify indirect, incidental, special, consequential या punitive damages, या third-party services से arising losses के लिए liable नहीं होगा.
11) समाप्ति
अगर आप इन Terms का उल्लंघन करते हैं या law comply करने या Service protect करने के लिए जरूरी हो, तो हम Service access suspend या terminate कर सकते हैं.
Account deletion: आप app में Settings -> Account -> Delete account से request कर सकते हैं. हम deletion को 30-day grace period के बाद schedule करते हैं. इस period में आप फिर से sign in करके और prompt आने पर continue चुनकर request cancel कर सकते हैं.
12) बदलाव
हम ये Terms update कर सकते हैं. अगर material changes होंगे, तो effective date update की जाएगी.
